| Introduction | Hello, I'm Gina, mostly I take my experiences, my sufferings if you will, and I examine my thought processes, my ability/choices of coping mechanisms and pull of which work or sometimes do not. I have a life long dance with depression, addiction, chronic pain, anxiety, and PTSD so it gets real interesting at times. I share to help illuminate, perhaps enlighten or let someone feel less alone. My aim is to dispense hope. There is always a solution, we must but discover it, for our answers are inside of us - just waiting for discovery. I hope you enjoy. |
