Introduction	Like her grandmother Mimi, and others in her family, Jill Wiley White enjoys being in the kitchen. Incorporating healthy and environmentally-friendly ideas into her meals, household and consumer habits, has become her main focus. But she has not forgotten how to have fun with food and enjoy being in the kitchen. Some family favorites that are not so green or healthy have to remain part of the repertoire!
