| Introduction | I am a seventy-four-year-old semi-retired teacher living to the east of London. Although I officially retired thirteen years ago I find that I cannot give up teaching. It saves me from boredom. I work a couple of days a week at a local school. I help out in the French department and also give a hand in remedial teaching. |
