| Introduction | Moved to London in 2004 after spending over 10 years in Tokyo. Attended several cooking courses while in Tokyo, including occasional Italian cooking course and traditional Japanese cookery course for two years.
Used to have a strong passion for food but lost it once when cooking three times a day was necessary.
Currently working and living in London. Cooking Japanese food from time to time in order to fulfil the sudden desire of "ahhhggh I want to eat that XYZ!"
