Introduction	I hate these things. I'm supposed to tell you really concisely all about myself, just enough about my family, and all with a little wit. Impossible! Well, impossible for me. Vital stats - over 30, but haven't aged a day since my 30th. 4 kids - in varying degrees of neediness, skin colour and attitude, and the worlds most wonderful partner. We will marry one day, but seeing as I couldn't organise a cough good time cough in a brothel, we're yet to say 'I do'. This craziness comes your way from the outer suburbs of Melbourne, but I make no secret of pining for Queensland, my adopted 'home'. My baking blog is my way of sharing my love of mucking around in the kitchen, and my only outlet for the crazy, hence, Baking for Sanity.
