| Introduction | We were married April 5th, 2006. We've known each other since the 8th grade and even then we were convinced that we were meant to be. We both graduated from Bountiful high and became high scool sweethearts as I waited for Jake while he served his mission in McAllen Texas. While he served I studied dance educaion at Southern Utah University and went to China teaching english for a service abroad. We both got home just a day a part in December 2005. It was definitely a joyus reunion. A few mouths later we were married. We love married life! We love being parents of our sweet baby Ava even more! Jake currently works for Little America Hotel and we both are full time students at the University of Utah. Jake is studying Economics and Shannon is studying Exercise and Sports Science. We just bought our first home in Bountiful. It was definitely a fixer upper, but worth all the hard work.... |
| Interests | We enjoy so many different things. Jake loves...sports (especially football), movies, studying, school work, anything active & adventurous, and eating absolutely anything. Shannon loves...dancing, scrapbooking, cleaning/organizing, decorating, teaching/training, exercising, and shopping. Together we love...sports, boating, snowboarding, golfing, tennis, spending time with friends & family, eating out, watching movies, traveling, and most of all our sweet baby Ava. |
| Favorite movies | So many to choose from. Jake loves about every movie...He's definitely a movie buff. Our top five movies would be Nacho Libre, Napolean Dynamite, Bourne Identity(all three), Jake-Transformers, and Shannon-Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. |
| Favorite music | We love music...Just about everything. We definitely don't like heavy mental though. |
| Favorite books | Anything gospel oriented. Shannon loves Believing Christ by Stephen Robinson and Jake loves The Inevitable Apostasy by Tad Callister. |
