| Introduction | I am a Colorado native in a home full of music. To my dismay I never learned to play an instrument. I was active as a young child and due to a traumatic event in my early teens I began to gain weight as a shield to protect myself. I am now trying to lose my shield and grow emotionally and physically strong. |
