What you will find at Garage Gym is Olympic-style free weights and bars, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, climbing ropes, gymnastic rings, pull-up and dip bars, plyometric boxes of different heights, truck tires, heavy bags, and rowing machines. Everything you need to get in the best shape of your life can be found here. Garage Gym is not only a physical location it's an attitude and a way of life. Garage Gym is available to everyone but our training methodology is not for everyone.
