Introduction People call me America's Baking Sweetheart.I am a classically trained chef. I have worked in bakeshops,restaurants, and in banquets.When I became a mother 14 years ago,I set aside my work in the restaurant and focused full time on my children. At the time,it seemed such a sacrifice.However,this gave me real world experience in not only cooking on a tight budget, but learning nutrition and gardening skills. I've been a superintendent at a local organic tomato farm. I am an avid solar cooker. First published 2009 in Australian Baking Business magazine for my bread-painting. I've taught large group and personal cooking instruction for the last 9 years. During that time I started milling my own spice blends late at night to make extra money. Since then, my spices have been bottled by Honeyville Food Products and are available in stores nationally as well as! For the last 4 1/2 years, I have been a frequent TV guest chef on Fox 10 PhoAZAM show. Now every Sat on Fox 550 KFYI Radio from 3-5 PM.
