| Introduction | I provide adult foster care for the mentally and physically disabled. I have provided care for one elderly lady for 16 yrs until she had to be placed in a nursing home. I continue to care for another elderly lady for 18 yrs, now. I also have a daughter (19yrs). I believe in One God, Jesus Name Baptism, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. Over the years I've been learning what a significant role nutrition plays in every aspect of our Christian lives and the relationship between nutrition and disease.
