| Introduction | I used to be the butt of all the family jokes about cooking, you know stuff like, "The only thing she can cook is water", but then I found this neat book, Hidden Recipes Revealed". I am not saying that I am now the best cook in the world, but one thing is for sure, after getting my hands on these recipes, everyone now thinks I am. So if you are like me or every had to put up with friends or family that made fun of your "cooking skills" take a moment and share some stories, some of your favorite recipes, or even what bakeware you think cleans up the best. You know general stuff that makes life easier in the kitchen (which I know I could use) The kitchen isn't my favorite place, but I LOVE the smiles on my family's face when I crank up the oven to make one of my special cakes or pies. They start looking like a mule chewing on a barbed wire fence they are grinning so hard Anyhow, enough about me, scoot up to the computer, grab a slice, brew up a fresh pot of coffee and let's start having some fun!
