| Introduction | Peter assumed the position of ISQua Chief Executive Officer in April 2013 having spent the previous 17 months as Acting CEO. He also had a seven month appointment as Acting CEO in 2008/9. Peter previously held positions of Chief Executive Officer of the specialist medical colleges of Psychiatrists and Surgeons of Australia and New Zealand over a period of sixteen years. Peter has taught in tertiary colleges and universities including in the Master of Business and Technology programme of the University of New South Wales, Australia, specialising in organisation for quality improvement and he has held senior management positions in universities. Concurrent with the above posts Peter has undertaken consultancy work, predominantly in the healthcare sector. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master of Educational Administration, a Diploma in Education, teaching qualifications in two states of Australia and is a Companion of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
