| Introduction | C.V. (Clyde Vernon Hartline, III) and Stacy moved to Portland, Oregon to start a new Evangelical Covenant Church named Vibrant the spring of 2004. Vibrant continues to be a faith inducing invitation to attempt to follow Jesus. We have learned how to pray, think ponder and collaborate with others as we attempt to ‘be’ church in the context of Portland. We love the city of Portland and urn for the transforming grace, peace, faith, hope and love to be lived out through us. We live in a small house in North East Portland with a cat named Cleo-catra. |
