| Introduction | I am particularly fond of natural therapies for the fact that they incorporate the entire person - mind, body and spirit. I enjoy working with people with "life balancing" because true health is more that just being physically healthy - it also means an self-actualization and being emotionally healthy. I hold the following Natural Health credentials: Nutritional Consultant, Color Therapist, Relaxation Therapist and Second Degree Reiki Practitioner. I own a holistic therapies business in my hometown. I also host my own weekly television show "Health Quest". In my spare time, I also do some freelance writing.
