| Introduction | I'm a single mother of one, my 3 year old son, Elliott, who is my sous chef in the kitchen and in life. My interest in cooking began during my second pregnancy with my surrogate son, Gabriel. I started with my mother's recipes until I was confident enough to overtake her, culinarily speaking, and move on to new things. I eventually branched out into baking and haven't bought a loaf of bread since. The recipes here are all products of my kitchen, but not necessarily of my mind. Some I've modified, others my original, some shamelessly plagarized from various cookbooks, friends, or relatives. |
