| Introduction | Hello and Welcome!! I'm a West Indian native living in the US of A. I have many many interests however, this blog is mainly to express my passion for food... both cooking and eating! I will be posting videos and recipes of my favorite foods. Most of the recipes will be mine or handed down by my grandmother. I am inspired by the flavors of the islands and New Orleans in particular. I do like many different types of cuisnes though.
