Through practical experience and comprehensive research of various management techniques and practices, he has a comprehensive understanding of international best practices in the areas of Balanced Score Card, Enterprise Risk Management, Performance Management, Executive Compensation, Succession Planning, Leadership Development to mention just a few. His interests are reading and writing and he is a Certified Kaplan-Norton Balanced Score Card Graduate and a certified NEWS Experience Facilitation Trainer.
