| Introduction | Hello, my name is Lezlie and I am from Northern California, but now I live in NE Iowa. I love to handspin, and designing and spinning up my own yarns with my wheels is a long-time passion that I enjoy immensely. I have also spent many years gardening. The miracle of seeds sprouting into bountiful plants fascinates me anew, each year. I drool over seed catalogues. I planted my first seeds at 3 with my mother, and I began growing my own veggies before age 13. I'm 60 years old, a mother of three grown children, and Grandma to 4 grandchildren. I have a whole pack of younger cats, the 3 from my former life have all died. I also enjoy quilting, and sewing and reading. I like to collect and read a variety of books. I have an extensive library. I'm skilled in litigation and am addicted to the thrills and strategy of winning and losing. I've got the equivalent of a law school education under my belt, but I still consult lawyers since they have the schooling and license I lack. |
