That's an easy dilemma to solve. The green socially responsible disposable options are bamboo utensils or those made out of corn. But there's something just wrong about edible utensils, I think. And corn. So I would probably use some form of reusable wooden utensil and resign myself to hand washing my woodenware. Sigh. Good thing I don't make a habit of placing other metallic objects in my mouth.
