| Introduction | I am a seasoned real estate professional, as I have been President of Major Properties since 1992. Over the years I have sold millions of square feet in the Downtown and greater Los Angeles real estate market. I am the past Chairman of the Jewish Federation Downtown Division and am on the Board of Directors/Executive Committee for the Jewish Home for the Aging. I have been honored as Man of the Year by the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America for my years of charity work in Los Angeles. I am also a consultant to property owners and have been a guest lecturer at UCLA and USC Real Estate and Business schools. My business philosophy has been to represent owners as an exclusive agent, and to cooperate with all agents and brokers. This philosophy provides every exclusive listing with the best possible exposure to the entire market. I have been happily married to Theresa for many years, and have a great relationship with my son, Sam, who now works in the family business as an agent at Major Properties. |
