| Introduction | Hi, I'm Carol; originally from Chicago, married to a guy from Greece, and the mom to 2 small boys. I'm a PhD dropout, a Wesleyan and Harvard grad and now, the happy occupant of my kitchen where I carry out all kinds of experiments: some good and some very very bad. I like difficult & highly technical cooking with an emphasis on confection and pastry. The trickier the recipe, the better! I'm a "feeder" so you better watch out because I'll stuff you with food. |
