| Introduction | I received my Masters degree in Global Environmental Public Health and a graduate certificate in Complementary and Alternative Healing Practices from the Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota. I am a 200 hr certified yoga teacher and have studied yoga philology and Ayurveda in India. I enjoy experimenting and researching ways to better health, and love to travel and try new things.
