Introduction	I am a human resources professional with 14 years experience with advice and guidance for when people are facing a layoff or searching for a new job. I've worked for Fortune 500 companies and have helped to hire and (unfortunately) helped to layoff hundreds of people. Throughout my career, I've figured out how to help even those facing a layoff get jobs quickly, often with the same company. I enjoy seeing that (virtual) smile on someone's face when they tell me they got the job.
