Introduction	In 1998 I wrote a prayer that changed my life, "Good Morning Great Spirit, which set me on the path of honoring and integrating Spirit-Mind-Body. I prayed to serve others' highest good with love as soul intention. I practice prayer, meditation, gratitude, trusting intuition, and creative expression. I am a soul messenger receiving visions and words for others. I write to uncover, explore, heal, and learn life's and love's lessons through experience and reflection.
