Introduction	My name is Bobby Kmiec and welcome to ChurchPros. I reside in the Detroit, MI area and have been writing posts for this Blog since November 2011. Believe me, I am no Church Professional, but I have been 'Churched' for over 50 years within the Institutional 'Church' System commonly known as Traditional 'Church.' I am Baptistic in my beliefs, but do not agree with the business practices of the Main Stream 'Church.' Several years ago I began writing about the inconsistencies within this 'Church' model. I realized that almost everything about this structure is opposed to Christ's authentic design. In these pages I have compiled many articles on topics such as Income Tithing, Pastoral Authority and the Institutional 'Church.' I have no qualms with the fine folks I left behind in this Matrix. They are still my family in the LORD. I hope that the visitor will glean some truth as they read and come to the same conclusions that I have.
