Introduction	I have a serious weakness for black truffles and chocolate. It might be dangerous if I were to try something in which the two have been combined! Trying new restaurants is one of my hobbies. If shopping or exercising can be a hobby, then so can eating at new places. I have lived in Dallas for over two years and have already made a substantial dent in the restaurant scene. However, I have realized that new restaurants are constantly appearing. I would wonder how they all stay in business, except I know it must be patrons like me on similar quests…..eating their way through Dallas! Prior to living in Dallas I have done lots of travelling and lived in New York, London, and even Vietnam. Of course, I made great efforts to sample the cuisine available in those cities as well. Dallas is a great city that provides lots of opportunities for any foodie on a journey to taste their way through a city. I hope you enjoy reading about my experiences and opinions. As we all have different tastes please don’t hate me if I vow to never return to your favorite restaurant or consider a top ten worthy restaurant a place you find detestable. Enjoy!
