Introduction	My name is Marlene Murray and I am excited to be a part of the 100 day heart challenge. I read about this in the paper a few years ago and thought it would be fun to join so when I read about it this year I signed up but never thought I would be chosen. I have a hard time getting started on my own and am looking forward to having others around to motive me and help me on my way to improving my heart health.
