Introduction	I've been in real estate related businesses since 1987. I'm a licensed broker in Utah and Washington and have been licensed in Nevada and Colorado. Spent 14 years in the commercial property management business in southern Utah(St. George and Mesquite, NV). I'm a guitarist who dabbles in studio recording and video production and have a solo project I call Adrenalized Scrumtrulesence - for which I am the sole member and creator of instrumentality. Enjoy the out of doors - specifically, water skiing, snow skiing, any and all ball sports. I am in a perpetual state of "how can I make this better or create something new".
