Introduction	I am a first generation college graduate and proudly attended the University of Washington in Seattle where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a Math minor. I found myself interested in mortgage financing after purchasing my first home. I am a naturally curious person and asked my mortgage broker many questions. It took a while to sink in, but I was interested in the way the mortgage world functions. I have educated myself through attending classes, seminars, reading and mostly with experience. My philosophy is that mortgages should be considered not just as a big loan on your house, but as an important piece of your greater financial picture. Education is key.

Yes. If I set the alarm, it's clearly because I have something to do, ergo if I snooze I am being lazy.
