| Introduction | I am a Masters in Natural Resource Law Candidate with a specialization in International Mining Law. As I wrap up my masters, I am building an expertise in sustainable development in international mining projects with a specific focus on Community Development Agreements. I have experience working for an environmental nonprofit and next aspire to be a consultant in research, writing, policy, contracts, agreements and best practice in the field of sustainable development in mining. My undergraduate degree in Environmental Policy taught me the norms, practices and strategies of domestic and international environmental law. Experience in the field as a Peace Corps Volunteer brought me a crucial understanding of the importance of educating oneself on seeing all sides of an issue. |
