| Introduction | I graduated from a Chinese university in Los Angeles in 2000. Prior to that I owned and operated a skin care salon and a day spa and spent many years as an educator in the beauty industry. I have 30 years experience in skin and body care and have been a massage therapist since 1991. The practice of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine have completed my circle of modalities relating to health and aging with vitality and grace. I have dedicated the last 10 years to the study of my specialties of Women's Health and Stress Management incorporating food, exercise, hormonal regulation and lifestyle management into a reasonable program that my patients are able to follow with great ease and success. |
