| Introduction | Our families have always loved to cook and food has been central to family celebrations. Years ago we decided to gather family recipes in a book and came up with the title "Holt Cuisine". Our first family cookbook came out in 1992. It was a thin volume with a purple cover and only 66 pages. It grew from there and the last edition in 2005 was 262 pages long. HoltCuisine.com is a digital edition of the cookbook and was first posted in 2017, and updated in 2022. |
