Introduction	This is my visual journal blog. I make collages in a journal and some of them that I feel comfortable with sharing, I will post. I started this in November 2008. It's helped me through a lot of the issues I've been dealing with in my life. It started with the idea from my adolescent art therapy class when we pretended to be teens struggling with PTSD in an art therapy class where we did collages about the symptoms of PTSD. I had liked collage before that but this was different and I loved it.
