Introduction I'm a PhD student, finishing my dissertation on the syntax and semantics of number morphology in the University of Southern California. I am currently living in London as a visiting research associate, because my advisor has permanently relocated to London. Around the beginning of 2011, my best friend started eating Paleo, and started preaching about how great it is. At first, I tolerated it, but by the beginning of 2012, I was sold. The main attraction for me was that (she claimed) it's more filling, that starchy food makes you feel hungry even when you've eaten enough, and that eating paleo makes you stronger and more energetic. It was also not a huge leap from my normal diet: I have always loved meat, fruits, and most vegetables. I only ever ate other things because they were easier to grab. I've only started cooking it myself since I moved to London, because it's MUCH harder to find paleo-friendly restaurants or ready meals in London than it was in LA. Now I have a nice kitchen, I'm cooking, and experimenting with paleo meals. I'll post pictures and descriptions here for future references, and for anyone else looking for different paleo ideas.
