| Introduction | Hello, my name is Cath Barcan, and I am Head Teacher of VIsual Arts at TAFE in Western Sydney. I am a practicing artist working mostly in photography. I am also the lucky recipient of the 2017 Premier's University of NSW Creative Arts Scholarship.
