Introduction	I am in my twenties, finished school with an undergraduate degree in social-cultural Anthropology and a certificate in Human Resource Management. I work for a private company whose President and CEO are notoriously hostile to HR. I have no HR title, but have nevertheless been able to push through a number of HR related projects, because I'm the HR bulldog in the company. I am fascinated by my field and totally fail to understand why anyone else might not be even as I watch their eyes glaze over. This blog is partly personal, detailing my ambitions and struggles to establish myself personally and professionally, as a Gen Y with a lot of ideas and ambition. I am currently in transition.
