Introduction	I wash my hair with soap; I refuse to wear nipple guard; I don't care about my heart rate, and will not run in tights or arm panties... unless it's really cold outside.
Interests	Running Shoes, sharp rocks, crushed gravel, ankle-turning roots, really big hills, trail running fashion.
Favorite movies	Chariots of Fire (best movie ever made), Marathon Fever, Forest Gump, Running the Sahara (even though Chuck ran parts of it with his IPOD(TM)).
Favorite music	Headphones on the trail are a big no-no! Are you kidding me? (Except if you are Chuck).
Favorite books	The Lore or Running, Jack Daniels Running Formula, Running Through the Wall.
