| Introduction | July 1, 2013. At this point I consider myself semi-retired. I say semi-retired because I haven't decided whether I want to go back to work. It has been a little over a year since I decided to retire after twenty years and three jobs. I absolutely loved all three of my workplaces. So far I'm enjoying the break even though fellow journalists warn that sooner or later I will be tired of the lack of excitement, the lack of nerve-racking deadlines and late nights in the office and then I will be back in the newsroom. Until then. |
