Introduction	Laura Lee Ellis is a writer, speaker, former missionary to Africa, and a second generation homeschooler. She is a storyteller who is passionate about world missions and the potential of motherhood in shaping culture. She has contributed to national magazines and radio and works as a writer for Sonlight Curriculum. She, her husband Nick and their three children recently returned to the States from the University of Oxford, England. She believes in the power of stories to bring people together and inspire action. She loves adventuring with her three little ones and sees that as her most important full time work. She finds her greatest joy in her relationship to Jesus Christ and daily walks in the freedom of His grace.
Interests	Great books, camping and hiking, dancing (especially ballet and ballroom), social justice, history and theology, cooking, walking and people watching, writing songs and poems (mostly silly ones currently)...
Favorite movies	Princess Bride, Hitch, Man from Snowy River, anything with Audrey Hepburn or Cary Grant
Favorite music	Norah Jones, Bebo Norman, Mozart, Bosse Nova, Frank Sinatra, and actually, Country music has sidled its way into my heart!
Favorite books	Les Miserables, Mere Christianity (and anything else by C.S. Lewis), lately Dr. Seuss's ABC book!
