| Introduction | Information Technology Assistant, International Committee of the Red Cross, Palestine Esra has worked as an ICT Assistant at the Jerusalem office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for four years. At the organization’s help desk, she provides the first line of response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems. Previously, she worked as a database administrator at the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA). She was responsible for the development and maintenance of their database system for emergency and normal assistance. Esra graduated from the Arab American University with a BS in Information and Computer Technology (ICT). |
