| Introduction | Hey there! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog. My name is Grace Tschui, I am eighteen years old and I created 'Sincerely Grace' spontaneously one evening in 2015. I have always loved writing, and over the years this space has evolved from one of fiery intensity to one of peaceful reflection. This is a place for me to turn my own internal dialogue into something structured and sensical. I am passionate about mental health and self care, and I dissect a lot of my own experiences with depression, anxiety, relationships and self-awareness in my entries.
