| Introduction | Im 28, Im single, work full time, and need to lose another 20kg (if possible). Im using this blog as a way to keep me accountable for want im putting in my mouth and what Im doing to exercise. My goal weight is 66kg. Im not sure if I will be able to get to that weight as I am quite a muscly person. I will be happy if I can get down to 70kg. Anything else is a bonus to me. |
