| Introduction | A little about me huh? Well, I'm a mom of a great 17 year old son and a 28 year old daughter. I work full time. When I'm not busy fixing up my house you can usually find me in my craftroom, reading or my new activity...at the gym! I have 2 dogs - 1 Golden Retriever (Libby) and the other one is an American Bulldog mix (Snickers). I also have 2 cats that were both saved from the shelter (Bob & Clyde). I turned 49 this year and have decided I've had enough of eating poorly and not getting any exercise. My kids are grown now and I have no excuses for not taking care of me any longer! I joined Weight Watchers and the YMCA last month (May 2013) with the goal of getting healthy by my 50th birthday (May 2014). This blog is about my journey and things I learn about myself and life in general. |
