| Introduction | Hi! My name is Shanley Stepaniuk and I am a Beachbody Coach, Personal Trainer Specialist and a Group Fitness Instructor! I am a Mom of two very energetic children - Makayla 11 and Aidan 8. I have been married to my best friend Paul for 17 wonderful years! I have been in the gym since I was 16 years old and fell in love with fitness! Which is why I became a Personal Trainer Specialist and Group Fitness Instructor! I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and feel fantastic about themselves, inside and out! I became a Beachbody Coach 3 years ago as it allows me to reach people across Canada and the United States.
