Introduction LYNDON WALKER was born in Townsville North Queensland. He was educated in Psychology at La Trobe University and the University of Melbourne. He graduated with a Masters in Psychoanalytic Studies from Deakin University in 2009. Lyndon practices as a Family and Individual Therapist at The Blue Door in Launceston Tasmania.. He has been published regularly in Australian literary journals over the last thirty years and occasionally overseas. He undertook a world reading tour of London, Paris, New York, Oxford and Princeton in 1994 and in 1996 was awarded the Pablo Neruda Prize for Poetry. He writes, poetry, short stories, novels, screenplays and academic works on Psychology and Psychoanalysis. He is currently shortlisted for the ACU Inaugural Poetry Prize in Australia and the Montreal International Poetry Prize in Canada which draws entries worldwide. He is a father of one adult daughter and lives alone in a house and garden in Launceston in Tasmania, Australia.
