| Introduction | I am married to my husband Justin and a stay at home mom to my children, Trent, Kiala, Autumn and Selah. I have a lot of things I love to do, especially creating something. Household projects, girly accessories, scrapbooking, making lotion, re doing furniture and photography to name a few. I have a passion for health and wellness and enjoy learning new ways to care for my family's health.
