Introduction	I am a wife, mother, teacher and more. My life can be very hectic as I work hard to try and do the right thing and give my best to everything and everyone. I believe that all living beings are connected in this world and beyond, and I strive to become more and more aware of that connection in this lifetime. I live west of Boston, Massachusetts in the USA. This room is the four-season porch in my home where I meditate; it serves as my sanctuary and "breathing space."
