| Introduction | Many moons ago, I was born into a house... a haunted house to be exact. This started up a lifelong interest in the paranormal but not at the expense of lying to myself... so natural explanations were just as important as not so. This led to me researching the subject since 1989, setting up my own team, Paranormal Field Investigators in 2002 and in being very lucky and getting to be the official researchers of the Old Adelaide Gaol since that time. This led to me tour guiding there since 2004 and also it led to my authoring "Ghosts of the Past" the book that outlines our 10 years there. My love of tourism and naturally the love of history that comes with this, led to my setting up Adelaide's Haunted Horizons Ghost Tours in 2010. Despite the name, we also run Historical tours but with a slant to the darker side of human nature with our Crime Tours. |
