Introduction	I live with my fiancé, a life-long vegetarian and love cooking interesting and delicious vegetarian food even though I'm not a vegetarian. I find it crazy that even though the vege scene has been going for at least 50 years, in some restaurants the best they can do is some spinach & ricotta muck. We also turned our overgrown front garden in north London into a small vegetable plot to enjoy some fresh fruit and veg.
