| Introduction | Late last summer my beautiful man and I moved out in the country. Now, I'm not talking "middle of nowhere" country. I'm talking "10 minutes to the nearest city" country. We found a place with a huge yard of dead earth. About this time we started to learn about Monsanto and GMOs and all the problems with the food industry. When I said I wanted a square foot garden he went out to buy wood. Since then we've been growing a tiny bit of our own food. These posts will follow our progress (and failures) as we try out different ways to grow our own food. |
